Each school's data is stored in a logically isolated database. School A cannot access School B's data under any circumstances. Our multi-tenant architecture enforces strict data boundaries at the database level, not just the application level.
Every school's data lives in its own isolated tenant space. Database-level access controls prevent any cross-tenant data access, even in the event of an application bug.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your data to third parties. We share data only with:
Your school data is retained for as long as your subscription is active. Upon cancellation, data is retained for 60 days to allow export, after which it is permanently deleted from all our systems including backups.

AetherCampus is a B2B platform used by schools. Student data (including minors) is entered and managed by school administrators under their responsibility. We do not knowingly collect data directly from children. Schools are responsible for obtaining appropriate consents for student data entered into the platform.
